The Tower

A landmark

At sixty-two storeys and 280 metres, Trump Tower Tbilisi is the first Trump-branded address in the Caucasus - 850 residences raised above a retail podium, and the tallest of the six towers at Downtown Tbilisi.

Its crown is a lit band that carries the Trump name in gold, with a sky terrace on the roof beneath it. Y-shaped columns run the length of the facade. Amenity levels open out near the top, and the base opens into a sculpted, curvilinear podium that meets the street.

Architecture

The world's largest architecture practice was appointed to shape Trump Tower Tbilisi - and to give it a silhouette the city can read from every direction.

Glass and steel are set against an ornamented base of gothic arches, with the Trump name carried in gold at the summit. Greenery is drawn up through the building - into an upper-level atrium and across the roof - so the tower reads as landscape as much as structure.

A collection of residences arranged across the tower - studios through to four-bedroom homes - each finished to the standard the Trump name has set in every market it has entered.

Interiors are delivered complete - bespoke joinery, stone surfaces, designer fixtures - with floor-to-ceiling glazing that opens onto Central Park, the Mtkvari valley and the ridgelines beyond.
